Our lead counsellor Mrs Sushree Sarita Nath is an educationist and a professional career counsellor. A passionate, resourceful and well qualified professional with more than three years of experience of motivational and creative advice to the students and professionals.

She has a  dual Bachelor degree in Economics & Education and Masters degree in Business Administration in HR. She has years of industry expertise in telecom sector. The passion for enlightening people  brought her to the pitch of education. She has been very proactive in the field of education, child development and career counselling. She is an active blogger on knowledge management and research on career counselling and bridging the gap between interest-knowledge-choice. Wit Explore Centre For Career Development is her idea and brainchild for fostering  counselling and support students & professionals to make right choices. 

She is a Certified Career Counsellor from Edumilestones and a trained Neuro-Linguistic Programmer. She is also an International Certified Career Coach (Level I) from Mindler.She has done many online certification including one from Stanford University.

She is  very enthusiastic about helping people to take their career to the next level by giving ralistic career advice. She also delivers various study techniques and attention management technique to the students to unlock their brainbox. She coaches  interview technique to the graduate and professional.
